Seems like they have been around forever! The Pinders are fixtures around the Italian American Club, between the 2 of them they have been on the Board a total of 6 years in various capacities.

Did you realize that they were the ones that sold the club the land it sits on today?  When the Club decided to build a new building, the Pinders sold the Club the land and in addition, they held the mortgage until we raised enough money, which the club did in a short 6 months.

Don is very involved in various other Clubs in town and currently he dilly dallies around the house and comes in and out of the Club several times a day, while Samantha remains on the Board as Recording Secretary and in addition is the Entertainment Director.

Member Gene Broome

Joins Seacoast As Mortgage Officer

Seacoast National recently appointed Gene Broome to the

position of mortgage banking officer in Indian River County.  He will work out of the Sebastian West office.  Broome has seven years of experience in consumer and mortgage lending services with three years in the Indian River County market.  He is a licensed broker in Florida and in his home state of South Carolina, where he began his career in consumer and mortgage lending.

In addition to his professional experience, he is an active participant in the local real estate community and serves in various capacities in the Exchange Club, Sebastian River Chamber of Commerce, Toastmasters and Business Networking International.

"It is a pleasure to have Gene join our mortgage lending team." said Chic Acosta, executive vice president, residential lending division for Seacoast.  "With his knowledge of consumer and mortgage lending, he will provide counsel to Seacoast customers to select the best mortgage program to suit their needs."
