Motorcycle Riders

Liability Release:

It is understood, by the undersigned member of the Italian-American Club of Sebastian Motorcycle Riders Group, that there can be no liability held against the IAC or the Motorcycle Group in the event of an accident or injury while riding as a member of the group.  This extends to any rider or guest that rides with the Group on a scheduled event as well.  It is up to the members to inform such guests and riders of this agreement and release of liability.

It is further understood that Florida Law stipulates that if you do not hold PIP insurance, then you are required to wear a DOT approved helmet while riding a motorcycle as driver or passenger).

By signing the agreement you are hereby agreeing to release the liability.  The Chairman of the Group will forward the signed agreements to the President of the IAC for filing.
